I placed an order through Dr. Goldston on November 30th, 2018 for a tier 5 carbon fiber custom orthotic for a special price of $249 if I order two pairs of orthotics.

I ordered one for my mother and I for the special price but a few weeks of waiting, I called them (Doctors Orthotics) and they said the order was back ordered. I called again in January asking for when I will receive my order and Ron said I will receive it the following week.

After two months of waiting and calling them three times a week, they are not returning my calls. I called my credit card company to file a dispute on that order since I never received my order on hoping that I will maybe get a refund for my order.

Spoke with Ron Goldston numerous times prior to giving him $249 (thankfully via credit card). Got the impression kit, took my foot impressions and sent it back.

Never heard another word. No voice mail on his cell any longer. No returned called from 800 # after leaving messages. No returned texts or returned emails from those posted on website.

Poof!

Gone! Got credit from my CC company.

He wont pay customers back

I worked for him he owes me 260.00 on my pay and wont pay me

Dont buy grom him a lot of customers are upset at him

I have always had a Positive experience and am a return customer. Currently I am waiting for a new pair of custom Orthotics to arrive and will update my review if necessary. I Expect Them to Arrive shortly.

Bought custom running orthotics at LA MARATHON 5 years ago at Health and Fitness Expo. Best money I have ever spent on my health.

I found them again online and just ordered their new ultra lite RX running orthitics on sale. The first pair healed my running knee issues and I am looking forward to continue running without pain.

I have worn custom orthotics for over 15 years. I found this company online and i could not be happier.

I have a heel spur and plantar fascitis and was told by my Podiatrist the i need surgery. The pain was unbearable and my first step in the morning was so painful. I did not want the surgery as I read the horror stories of one year rehab and post op care. I am so happy i found the guys!

I ordered a pair of expensive shoes with custom orthotics as well as a pair of orthotics for my tennis shoes. The shoes with the orthotics were great, but the orthotics for my tennis shoes were a joke - not even made for my foot, so I sent them back.

They were redone (but I had to pay the postage), but they did not have a neuroma pad, so I sent those back - again at my expense!

He told me he would credit my credit card, but did not. I called again and he said it had been to long to put it back on my credit card, but he would send me a check - it has been months and he has not nor will be return my calls....he has the orthotics back in his possession, so he knows I am not using them - what a rip-off!

Just want to say "Great Service". I am very happy with the service I received from Doctors Foot Labs.

It was easy for me to place an order online for the orthotics. I got a call from the doctor next day, and a few days later I received a Foot Impression Kit. I returned the kit back and two weeks later I received my orthotics.

Doctors Foot Labs took care of me promptly and now I am very happy with the orthotics and I no longer have the back pain I used to have. I am going to purchase another pair for hiking.

I love my orthotics. My problem is that I wear high heel shoes for work and my feet kill me every day. I've got to take time each day and sit and soak my feet. It's a pain (excuse my pun).

One of my co-workers mentioned orthotics. So I decided to think about going to a doctor to see if I could relieve the problem.

Doctor's foot laboratories, Dr. Saul Goldston, is truly a foot specialist. I am a marathon runner, running the Boston 4 times in my late 50's, and now still running in my late 60's. I contribute his orthotics to helping make this possible, also to all the many other daily moving activities. I put the new pair that I received recently in my

running shoes; They fit perfectly, then I went out and ran 8 miles, 9 minute pace. Normally, you break them in gradually, However, he made the accurate adjustments according to the foot mold, for my feet, hip, and back.

I had no pain and felt like I was running on a cloud in Arizona heat. They were flexible, but had the support I needed to maintain proper form.

The first pair were worn years into shreads, and I was still wearing them this summer, doing Zumba in the sand on Lake Michigan beach. I have had five or six other pairs from foot doctors, with no success.
